NOTE: We’ve shifted our hours a bit to keep up with our small team, deliveries, and new market dates!

Monday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Tuesday: Hours vary (Catch us at the Capitol Hill market!)
Wednesday: 3:00 PM* – 8:00 PM
Thursday: 4:30 PM* – 8:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Officially Closed (But check out our Bonus Hours!)

Farmers Markets

Come say hi and grab some kombucha on the road!

Tuesday: Capitol Hill (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Bi-weekly starting June 9)
Friday: Central District (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
Saturday: University District (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Sunday: Ballard (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

📢 Before You Head Over
Because we are a small crew brewing, delivering, and running the markets ourselves, our schedule has a little flexibility:
*Delivery Days (Wed & Thu): We open the doors as soon as we return from our delivery routes. Traffic can be unpredictable, so our afternoon opening times might occasionally run a few minutes late.
Bonus Hours: We frequently keep the shop open past our official closing times. We also regularly open up the brewery on Saturdays and Sundays after we pack up from the farmers markets!

Buying a keg? If you can, give us a ring ahead of time! We’ll make sure your keg is chilled, tested, and ready to load into your car the second you get here.
